Yehuda Haskelevich is an Abomanable Kofer

Well this happened 5 months ago, however it should still be posted.

An evil man by the name Yehuda Haskelevich decided to come to a Simchas Torah event by a shul in Crown Heights and cause a ruckus. He came with a camera and started filming the festivities with the purpose of making trouble.

But Gavi! You don't know what his intentions are! You don't know that he's here for trouble!

This man's appearance was one of a relatively frum man, however nothing about him is frum. He came with the explicit intention of disrupting the festivities. Now one of you reading this will inevitably say, "He was probably not frum and didn't know better" or, "He came only to take pictures, and didn't have any bad intentions."

WRONG!

After a couple flashes of his camera, I politely went up to him and asked him to please stop taking pictures as it was disrupting the celebrations. He screams at me that he is a citizen of Israel and only keeps one day of Yom Tov and whips out a pepper spray and points it at me. This guy was here for trouble.

A couple other guys from the shul ask him to please stop with what he is doing and he ignores them so there is a little scuffle and he continues taking pictures. After about 30 minutes he eventually stops. Even if this man is truly a citizen of Israel and only keeps one day, it is impermissible to violate the second day in public in a Jewish community as such.

Little did I know, he didn't keep to the first day either.

Months later, I hear him about him complaining on the internet so I investigate. I find a video with an unbelievably high Yehuda accusing someone of stealing his SD card, while the truth is he probably got super high and lost it. In this video, he claims that he was filming only on the street and that it was really okay. In reality, he was filming BOTH inside and outside the shul. The video follows:

In addition to comparing whoever "stole" his SD card to a Nazi (LOL) he claims that he kept one day Yom Tov. I would say that this is highly unlikely as he doesn't even keep to shabbas (see below). I will spend the rest of this article demonstrating what a shkutz this man is. I did some investigative reporting (Facebooked him) and found all the information I needed to in order to prove that this man is a fraud and a liar. This will be rather long, so stick around for the ride.

In these two posts we can see Yehuda taking pictures on Shabbas of Jews. This is also not allowed according to Halacha and is clear proof that Yehuda doesn't keep shabbas, as even someone who is a citizen of Israel isn't allowed to desecrate the Shabbas.

In case one will try to make the argument that there isn't anything wrong with taking pictures on shabbas, in this video we have him taking video on shabbas and admitting to carrying money and paying for goods on Shabbas:

In one of his Facebook posts, he posted this rather delicious looking treif food tray which includes both pig and shrimp he got in Japan.

Someone commented asking him how he could eat non-Kosher. His response (LOL):

The laws of Kosher is laws of contamination based on the temple practice, today it is just a reminder of keeping clean.... but the Shrimp was always Kosher Abraham ate it. And served God butter and meat. (WHAT?)

And another two:

They all look rather delicious (especially the Kobe beef in Kobe), but alas, there are no places in Kobe which serve Kosher meat, for if they were, I certainly would know about them.

This guy is also a complete weirdo. He posted a video of him making the bracha levatallah of Shehecheyanu on a potato latke.

In addition to playing an antisemitic stereotype in Paranormal Movie, as a Jew who steals from a guy as soon as his back is turned, his hatred of Jews is fairly evident with a simple Google of his name. In a comment on a forum, he says: "the Fact that Rabbinic Judaism is Racist and the Subjugation of Woman on top of Fanaticism." Aside from his lack of grammatical accuracy, one can determine that he is not a fan of what he calls "Rabbinic Judaism," something that most people refer to as just Judaism.

Obviously none of this would be an issue if he was not a frum Jew, however this becomes an issue because he claims to be frum and that everything he does is justified Halachicly, which it most certainly isn't.

But Gavi! Yehuda is just misguided, he isn't a kofer!

As per halacha, the person Yehuda Haskelevich is to be publicly shamed and posted everywhere as someone who is a kofer and against Hashem.
